Our COO

Stephen is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ToriiGate Security Consulting. He leads our operations, customer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives. Previously, he was part of the management team leading a Consulting/Red Team operation at a leading national healthcare company. This team specialized in providing penetration testing, security architecture consulting, and physical security testing.

Stephen also serves the State of Tennessee and the United States in the National Guard, leading cyber warriors in the protection of critical digital assets. His over 20 years of leadership experience have allowed him to lead teams during multiple missions in different parts of the world. He has partnered with multiple states and nations to train, observe, and counsel many partners in leadership and technical disciplines.

Stephen earned a B.S. in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.S. in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
