Chris Hamilton
Chris has over two decades of serving as an IT support professional in multiple roles of customer service in civilian and military network environments. He has experience leading teams for developing and deploying customer support processes in a large network IT infrastructure for a large Fortune 500 company.
Chris has served in a direct customer support role in multiple healthcare facilities in the tasks of modernizing and upkeep of local networks, in-house devices, medical equipment, and physical access systems. These experiences have made him well rounded in creating solutions to give customers solutions they are comfortable with.
His military service while in the US Army and now currently in the Tennessee National Guard cyber teams, Chris has experience in offensive and defensive roles. He has been a participant of multiple cyber operation events teams and continues to use that experience on current assignments.
Chris has attained an Intermediate Cyber Core Course certification.
